Refund Policy :
1. Eligibility for Refund:
Joinee should remain unplaced for 1 year of enrolment with Indian Institute Of Financial Literacy .
Refunds are only applicable to the original purchaser of the course.
Joinee should have at least 75% attendance throughout the live classes.
Joinee should have completed the Industrial Training with score required for CDA Certification and refund eligibility.
Student will be eligible for complete refund only if he/she has satisfied all above points .
2. How to Request a Refund:
To request a refund, please contact our support team at info@iifltrading.com with your order number and the reason for your dissatisfaction.
Our support team will review your request and process the refund within 5-7 business days.
3. Processing Time:
Once approved, refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
If you do not see the refund in your account within this time frame, please contact your bank or credit card provider as processing times can vary.
4. Cancellation Policy
As per the policy of Indian Institute Of Financial Literacy, You can apply for cancellation within 2 days of enrollment .
5. How to Cancel:
To cancel your course enrollment, please contact our support team at info@iifltrading.com with your order number and the request for cancellation.
6. Placements and Internship
To get eligible for any placement/internship, student may need to complete Industrial Training .
Management decision will be final, in terms of opportunity.
